How do I Customize?
1)Contact us by email and tell us the size/style that you need,customized as your request,then we can make it for you.
2)Or if you want to print your own pictures,pixel must be large enough,more than 1Mbit.

Warm Remind:
1.Using a series of high-tech digital production equipment carefully made digital pictures inkjet pictures. Different lighting will have different shooting effect,you can try to adjust the lights to make your photos better!
2.Computer screens vary in color calibration,therefore,colors may vary slightly.
3.According to rule of post office,all backdrops will send by folded, so there may be creases. Here are ways to solve it.
(a) Roll it up tightly with a cylinder for 3-4 days,it will be OK.
(b)Iron the back surface with steam iron but not dry iron,then it will be smooth again.
(c) Gravity principle.Hang up the product.Hang some items under it.Keep it in a tight status for 3-4 days.

We offer free shipping to all 50 states including Puerto Rico and ship within 3 business days, usually sooner. Shipping times to Contiguous U.S. vary from 1-4 business days depending on your location. Shipping times to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico vary from 5-9 business days depending on the destination, however certain restrictions may apply. We do not accept P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address.
For shipping outside of the USA, we only use International Shipping. The item is shipped to KY and then sent to the rest of the world. International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes. Continue to check out in order to calculate costs for shipping the item to your country. RETURNS
We offer a 30 day return policy for most of our products. You can request a refund if you are dissatisfied for any reason with your product. Only factory defects are accepted as a reason for a return. When returning an item, it must be in all of the original packaging and include all of the original accessories or items that came with it. The item and package should be in original and perfect condition. You will be required to cover shipping on the return of non-defective items. All returns MUST be done within 30 days of date of purchase. Please note that we cannot give refunds or replacements after the 30 day limit has expired. When sending in a return, please note that it can take up to 7 business days for the return to be processed. We do our best to process as quickly as possible.
