Vintage gold-tone Boucher brooch/pin in the shape of a maple leaf with a vine of silver rhinestones running up the center of the leaf.  It is Signed and Numbered.  It is about 2 1/2 inches long and is marked on the back of the leaf and on the back of the stem (see photos).
