Staple bound booklet, little to no rust on the staples. Owner's name on the front cover, probably a teacher. Some dust stains. Light wear. Never used except by the teacher. 

I can remember using a very similar workbook when I was in the first grade in 1956-7, although I think the covers were green. It's been a while--but when something works, why change it? The system was used, when I was in elementary school, from the first through the third grade when cursive writing was suspended as an independent subject. It is no longer taught these days.
