This a used Panavise mount 75136-1003 for mounting accessories in a Lexus RX330 (2004-2006 or Lexus RX350 (2007-2009).  The mount is in excellent condition and includes the bracket plate only.  The modification on this one (cut out section) was to clear a cable for a specific mount - an AMPS-4 accessory will still mount just fine.

Use this to mount a universal phone cradle, iPod cradle, Navigation device, Satelite radio receiver or other accessory for your vehicle!
