Directions: Wet the toothbrush with water, apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste, hold the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to the gums, and gently move the brush back and forth in short strokes. Brush the outer surfaces, inner surfaces, and chewing surfaces of all teeth. Brush the tongue to remove bacteria and freshen breath. Rinse the toothbrush thoroughly after use. Replace the toothbrush every 3-4 months, or sooner if the bristles become frayed.
