• This is an ethnic or tribal in appearance, beret or tam with a bill, hat or cap.  Tag reads:  Thai Silk 100% Made in Thailand.  Origin and vintage is unknown to me.  Each elephant is machine sewn as evidenced from the thread stitching.  Tag states 100% silk but unlike a thin, smooth, shiny silk, this is textured and feels like a heavier fabric.  A great item for those who like to wear "loud" clothing or urban streetwear. 
  
  
• The hat has an elastic band to accommodate the head size.  It has no stated size.  Many photos to show.
