This is a great little trade card advertising Dr. Wm. Hall's Balsam for the Lungs.  The bottom of the card shows the patient saying "Yes Doctor. I feel much better. That Hall's Balsam has done wonders for me."  And the Doctor replies "I never knew it to fail".  Too funny!  The back of the card talks about the miracles that this wonder cure can effect and the drugstore in New York where it can be bought.  Measures 4" x 3".  No tears or creases but some missing paper from the back side.
