ECM Engine Control Modules require Hyundai/  Kia specific software to program this Module called GDS-Mobile VCI II– it can not be self installed or installed with a scan tool.  ECM’s require VIN# input so once this is installed, your VIN# is embedded for life and therefore not returnable once installed.   

Up for sale is a new OEM ECM (engine control module) - new, never installed - ordered wrong.
