Sea holly is an unusual flower as it has metallic blue flowers and stems. it is easy to grow and thrives on neglect and poor soil and are tolerant of drought, winds, salt sprays, sandy soil and will not be bothered by slugs, bugs or deer. they bloom over a long period, make great cut flowers and dried flowers if they are picked before they fully open. they will bloom in the first year from planting seeds.
