Pyrex Promo Golden Hearts Pattern 2.5 Qt Cinderella Casserole Dish & Caddy W Double Burner Warmer. The matching lid is included. The Caddy is hinged so the floor can flip up. Please refer to photos. The dish has no chips or cracks. One handle has a little discoloration. Otherwise, great shape. The lid has a couple of rough spots, and shows normal wear & tear scratches on top.
