5- Antique blue on white souvenir plate, Delaware Gap, by Rowland and
Marsellus. Marked on back with R & M logo. The Rowland &
Marsellus Co. Staffordshire England, designed and imported by Housers.
It measures 9" in diameter.It shows places of interest in the water Gap.
It has only a flea bite, almost invisible, look closely to th epictures
and some age stains on the back. No chips, cracks, scratches or
repairs. Rowland and Marsellus were importers, retailers and
wholesalers. They operated from New York and specialized in historical
and souvenir plates, most often in blue and white. Circa: 1892 ? 1937.
6- The Rowland & Marsellus Staffordshire plate "Historical
Philadelphia", 10", very good condition. Some light surface scratches
commensurate with age.
