Traditional Preparation
To serve 2 coffee cups:

  • Bring 250ml (9floz) of water to boil
  • Remove from heat and add 3 teaspoons and sugar to taste
  • Reduce heat and simmer
  • Stir gently, move away from heat to avoid boiling over
  • Repeat the above step once or twice
  • Serve and enjoy
