Why is the machine not charging?

Make sure you tighten the waterproof cap before going into the water. Before charging, make sure the unit is turned off to prevent short-circuit problems and check the charging port for water, as moisture may cause charging to fail.

Why can't the machine climb smooth pool walls?

Please install the included float kit in the machine to climb on pool walls of any material.

Why is there water in the product packaging?

All machines are 100% water tested at the factory to ensure proper function. As a result, water may bead up inside the packaging.

How do I store my pool cleaner properly if I don't use it for a long time?

First, turn off the pool cleaner after use

Second, clean the bottom of the pool robot and the filter.

Finally, fully charge the machine
