The hat has discoloration on the interior white bands and some dust on the outside from use/age (hard to show on camera), but it's still in good, wearable condition.

The hat is labelled 7 3/8, but has shrunk from age. It's hard to determine the current size, but I'm typically a 7 3/8 in modern hats, but I would say this one is maybe a couple sizes too small for me.
