Name: Slow Bolt Cilantro

Grows: All year long, both indoors and outdoors (depending on region). If growing indoors, place near a sunny window so the plant gets plenty of sunshine. 

Height: Grows anywhere from 10" - 15" in height. 

Great for salsa!

Here's a quick salsa recipe that is simple yet delicious. The freshly grown cilantro truly makes all the difference in taste!

You'll need: 
3 large tomatoes 
Salt
Garlic Powder
Fresh onion
Lime
Jalapenos or Serrano's. Add however many you like depending on how much heat you want. 
Freshly grown Cilantro

In a large blender, blend the tomatoes for a short period, just enough to chop them up. This helps as the tomatoes will become soft and liquid will be at the bottom of the blender, allowing for all ingredients to blend. 

Add salt, garlic powder, half of freshly chopped onion, lime, peppers. Give a quick blend. 

Now add as much cilantro as you like, and blend until all ingredients are well mixed.
