-Designed to include a 3 mile road course, a 2 mile banked super speedway, NHRA drag strip, 1/2 mile dirt oval, motorcycle scrambles track, midget dirt track & more

-In 1962 NASCAR held one 520 mile event on the road course expecting 75,000 fans but only 15,000 appeared. NASCAR held over a dozen events on the dirt track but the track could never make financial progress and closed in the early 1970's
