Culinary purpose:

Add to soups, sauces, fish, pork, poultry, potatoes, baked goods and cakes. Combine with anise, coriander, garlic, cumin.

Therapeutic purpose:

For colic in infants: pour 1 teaspoon of crushed seeds with 250 ml of boiling water, leave for 10 minutes in it. Strain and sweeten. 1-2 teaspoons are given after breastfeeding.

For adults, a 3 times more concentrated infusion is made, which is prepared in the same way and taken 1 tablespoon after a meal.
