This is a limited edition piece from 2004 St. Patricks Day. Its numbered on the bottom 2965 out of 4400.

Please note the flower has a chip. I have taken the last two pictures so that you can see its still a beautiful piece, but I do want to disclose the damage so please ask any questions.
