Plush is gently used. 

Material shows mild wear to fur, which is a thin fleece, from handling/washing. 

There are visible thread holes on the seam from mfg's sewing, but I think that is just due to the type of material and it not being a high-quality toy. 

Tag says polyester fill plush and pvc bean pellets, but I do not feel any bean pellets. He appears to be just poly filled.
