Toby Mug Vintage Glossy Hand Painted Made in Japan 60s 70s Collectible Mad Hatter? (He looks like the Mad Hatter, I am not sure that is who he is supposed to be but does look like him. It isn't labeled who it is) 

Collectable Vintage - From research it appears that it is hand painted - the brand sticker has been removed or worn off through the years 

There are areas that look like paint missing but it is glossed over so it was done in the making process 

4" tall -3" diameter - 5.25" counting the handle - 4" across front
