Vintage Ceramic Pot Belly Stove Vase Planter Utensil Holder, Anarco Japan.  There is some crazing more so towards the bottom.  I didn't see any chips.  There is wax on the bottom that is crackled.  I don't know if it is made originally with the wax.  It looks to be hand painted.  There are a couple of cracks/chips on the feet.  Measures 4.25" tall almost 3.5" wide at the widest point.
