CUSTOM POLICY

Custom / Duty charges will be paid by buyer.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or the shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your local customs authority to determine these additional costs prior to bidding or buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up — please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

RETURN POLICY

We accept return of goods if there is any manufacturing defect in the item. For all such cases buyers should contact us within 2 days of receiving the item. Refund will be given as money back as soon as the buyer ships the product and update us with the tracking details. The expenses related to sending it back to us like shipping charges, insurance charges, and duty charges if any have to be paid by the buyer. Please inform us before returning us the goods so that we can assist you in returning the goods.
