Santa appears to be resin with metal accents. This does have clear glitter on the white parts, which is falling off like glitter typically does. 

Metal has somewhat of a "rustic" look to it with little natural imperfections. 

It is used, so may show little marks and such, but no chips, cracks, broken pieces, etc
