Victorian Celluloid Higgins & Seiter New York Notebook w Red Rose 2 1/2 x 1 3/8"  In good shape no breaks but a few "stains" on the edges of the paper pages (only 2 pages of paper with the cover on top)  It has the name Mr. SF Pielow on it
