White Victoria's Secret Tunic Top/Swimsuit Cover Up has elastic smocked waist and crochet along the edges of the sleeves, which are kimono style, and attached to the skirt from the smocked waist to the hem. Plunging V neckline in front and inverted triangle open in back. Pull over style. Fabric is lightweight Viscose, and comfortable. Wear over your swimwear to the beach or pool, take on a cruise, or wear it as a top with your shorts, capri pants, or jeans. 

Condition is previously owned, gently and lightly worn. No issues noted.
