Slappy and the Stinkers (1998) is a fun and exciting family comedy about five kid prodigies who hatch a plan to rescue a sea lion named Slappy from an aquarium. However, they soon find themselves caught up in a dangerous adventure when Slappy is targeted by a mercenary who is trying to sell him to a Bulgarian circus.
