Item is pre-owned and in very good condition with no damage. There is very minimal scratching on the lid & there is no tearing design. Top screws off easy. Smoke free environment. This is hand wash only because of the design. This is a nice perfect water bottle for the kiddos for a day out, or in & is still proof when the lid is closed. I haven't measured the oz, but I would say between 16-18 oz.
