I am not for sure exactly what these knives were used for. The estate that they came from listed them as fish knives. I have seen similar shaped ones also called cheese knives. I am sure that they had a certain purpose. This is a set of 12 in presentation case. Made by Sheffield for Abercrombie & Fitch New York. I believe they are stainless with celluloid handles. Each is approximately 7-5/8" in length. Case has some wear and discoloration from age. Knives in very good condition.
