These range in size from 3 upto 4 inches and most have ribbons and are made of metal. These are sold as a lot and are nice and shinny silvery finish, Very nice set. Are are stamped labeled on the back as pics show. There are 7 pic shown and may have couple extras so you get the whole lot i have .     Vintage item with no apparent defects.
