This Hand Fan is hand sewn and painted on silk. Has a floral decor with a butterfly flying in the mist. The painting Measures 8.0 inch diameter and with the handle a total of 12 inch long. Very nice vintage fan in excellent condition. Comes with a tassel on the handle.
