Vinyl plays nicely (play-graded). Cover looks great; a few creases near edges; light-scuffing, slight discoloration, and surface impressions (front/back); tiny surface abrasions on front, especially near bottom-right. Inner-sleeve is original (generic white). Spine is easy-to-read with mild-wear. Minor shelf-wear along top/bottom-edge and corners. Opening is crisp with signs of light use and divots. (Hole-punch in top-right.)
The Best of Joe Tex is a collection of some of his earlier singles. Yusuf Hazziez (born Joseph Arrington Jr.), known professionally as Joe Tex, was an American singer and musician who gained success in the 1960s and 1970s with his brand of Southern soul, which mixed the styles of funk, country, gospel, and rhythm and blues. Joe Tex was nominated for the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame six times, most recently in 2017.
