Up for sale is this Vintage "Congratulations" Goebel Hummel Figurine #17/0 TMK 7!  This classic Hummel features a young girl with a special surprise for a lucky someone.  As you can see in the pictures this Hummel is in EXCELLENT condition with no chips, cracks, crazing or repairs!  It still displays beautifully with vibrant colors even after all these years!  This "Congratulations" Hummel is identified as #17/0 and has the TMK7 trademark on the bottom, a FINAL ISSUE, dated 1999!!  This Hummel stands about 6" tall and would make a great addition to any Hummel collection!
