This is a 2003 D penny with Dye Errors. 

I'm selling this for my Father and he tells me this is a Dye Error Penny. 

I have no idea on how to certify that it is. 

I have it listed despite being messaged many times telling me it's not a dye error penny,

My Dad believes with all of his heart it is, and having it listed makes him happy. 

So it's still listed to make my dad happy because I love him. Lol
