Vintage 1963 Liz Tyler Hollywood Starlet Board Game

I'm unsure if this came with a Rulebook but I don't see or have it.

The board has some light marks on the front and back. Also, the outer sleeve has a full tear on the bottom and one edge. See pictures please.
