Ordering

Payment is due at time of purchase.

Orders that have been processed with our distributor cannot be changed or canceled. No exceptions.

Orders will be shipped to the address that is on your Paypal account.

All items are in-stock at the time of listing.

If an item sells out or is back-ordered at our distributor, a full refund will be issued automatically.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days (from receipt of payment) and must have a pre-authorization. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Items that are defective or damaged in transit will be promptly replaced or refunded, depending on item availability.

Buyer pays the return shipping for non-defective items. Refunds will be issued for the product purchase price only.
