Tips and instructions:

Before: 
Wash your hair before applying the product, ideally with clarifying shampoo to make sure the pigment will "stick" to your hair.

Manufacturer instructions (available on Shwarzkopf website) :
Place a towel over your shoulders to protect your clothes from staining. Wear waterproof plastic gloves. Apply directly on damp hair. Spread evenly into your hair. Leave in the product for up to 10 minutes. Rinse the hair thoroughly, until the water runs clear. Dry and style as usual. Colour result and lasting may vary depending on hair base and condition.

After: 
If you want the effect to last longer, next time you wash your hair, use shampoo without harsh chemicals and condition your hair. 
It is a great solution if you want to check if cool blonde suits you or if you cannot make it on time to your hairdresser before your hair go brassy. 
Professional permanent salon hair toners might damage your hair and if you don't like the effect, it's very hard to get rid of it without ruining your hair completely. Product washes easily off most fabrics but I recommend using protection and gloves.
For short hair it should last for 4-5 uses, for medium 3-4 and for long 2-3.
