ANTIQUE VICTORIA Pair of Dual Candlestick Holders made in CZECHOSLOVAKIA Rare

Beautiful Antique Victoria Czechoslovakia Dual Light Candlesticks. They are white with green band trim, and Hand Painted with 24 Karat  Gold Overlay. The candlesticks are in good condition, with some small chips at the tops of the Candle holder where your taper would go.  Three small chips in total and pointed out in the pictures. There are no cracks anywhere and no repairs.  I found these with wax all over them and cleaned it off and checked condition thoroughly.  There is wear to the gold on it both pieces as seen. I am unsure of the exact age of the candlesticks, but it is a discontinued pattern, number 1750 is impressed on the bottom of the piece. It was made in Czechoslovakia. It is 7" tall at the top of the highest point, 5.5" wide and 3.75" deep at the base. It is a beautiful dual light candlestick holder set
