Shipping & Handling: All orders are shipped the same day if paid by 3PM CST, Monday - Friday, excluding national, federal and postal holidays. We do not charge a handling fee.
     
Shipping Methods: You can choose your shipping option at checkout. We offer free delivery, two day delivery and next day delivery options. The shipping carrier is determined by us, but we will ship via the carrier that will guarantee the delivery date requested and paid for. Orders paid after 3PM CST will ship the next business day.

Contiguous US (Lower 48):

  • Free Shipping (Usually 2-8 Days - Delivery date not guaranteed): USPS 1ST Class or Priority Mail, Fedex SmartPost or Ground, UPS Ground 
  • 2nd Day Delivery (Guaranteed two day delivery): USPS Priority Mail, Fedex 2nd Day or UPS 2nd Day 
  • Next Day Delivery (Guaranteed next day delivery): USPS Express Mail, Fedex Next Day or UPS Next Day 

Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico:

  • Free Shipping (Usually 3-15 Days - Delivery date not guaranteed): Available only for items that are 16 ounces or less and listed above as "Usually shipped via USPS 1ST Class Parcel"

Return Policy & Warranty Information
Returns
Returning Non-Defective Merchandise:
If you wish to return something, we will happily accept your return for a refund minus shipping costs within 30 days from the day it was delivered to your door. Please see the "Shipping and Payments" tab above for full Return Policy details.
 **The product must be un-opened and un-used to qualify for our 30 Day Non-defective Return Policy**. 

 Returning Defective Merchandise: 
You are required to notify us of any defective product within 30 days of receipt. In the unlikely event you receive a defective product, we will issue a refund or ship a replacement, whichever you chose, once the defective item is returned and received at our warehouse. Please see the "Shipping and Payments" tab above for full Return Policy details.

Return Process: 
1. Submit return request via the Returns Portal.   
  • Find the item in your "My" page under Purchase History and select Return this item from the More actions drop-down menu.  
  • Select the reason for the return.
  • Print the return label provided through.
    • If you are returning defective product within the 30 day warranty period, the return label will be printed at no charge to you.
    • If you are returning non-defective product within the 30 day return period, the cost of our intial shipping and the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
2. Refunds are usually processed within 24 hours of product receipt.

Warranty
All products sold by Wholesale Copier Parts are designed and manufactured to perform equivalent to or better than OEM products. Wholesale Copier Parts warrants each product to be free from manufacturing related defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. 
Warranty Exclusions:
  • This warranty excludes damage to products occuring during installation or incorrect installation by the customer or the customer's servicing agent.
  • This warranty excludes damage incurred during shipment by the purchaser to another party.
