Causes & Symptoms for Saponinum

Mind and head

No desire to work, with inability to fix the mind.

Sharp pains,  Headache in temples, sensation as if both temples were pressed out.

Headache worse by least labor or mental stress.

Eyes, nose

Sensation of fullness in eyes, with congestion and pain while moving the eyes.

Dull pain at the root of the nose, with frequent sneezing.

Throat 

Constriction feeling in the throat, with smarting and raw pains. Difficulty in swallowing.

Stomach and abdomen

Difficult swallowing, nausea feeling not relieved by eructation.

Retching, vomiting of greenish-yellow fluid, with agonizing pain in both temples

Dull pain in umbilical region after each stool.

Sudden colic, ameliorates immediately by stool.

Stool and Anus

Smarting in anus, with constipation.

Constant urging with insufficient stool is an indication for this remedy.

Urinary complaints

Involuntary emission of water on walking.

Female complaints

Profuse menses, on motion, with dark red blood, with intolerable pains at the back.

A miliary eruption, and colic, with white discharge is relieved with Saponin.

Generalities

Pains that extend downwards to the hip and the knee, swelling of the glands of the groins.

Weakness in hands and feet, restlessness and exhaustion 

Head hot, skin dry, a sensation of spreading heat, commencing in chest and spreading both ways, especially to head.

Side effects of Saponinum

There are no such side effects. But every medicine should be taken following the rules as given. 

It is safe to take the medicine even if you are on other mode of medication like allopathy medicines, ayurvedic etc. 

Homeopathic medicines never interfere with the action of other medicines.

Dosage and rules while taking Saponinum

Take 5 drops in half cup of water three times a day.
