Soft bear has a bean filled tush.  

-clean: freshly laundered and air dried

-yellow "outfit" fabric is a a shaggy soft type of material

Tush tag is totally faded, worn and torn, so I cannot verify the brand. I feel like it used to say one of the popular names, like Russ or Eden, but I don't remember.
