A triple bill of bitter-sweet comedies. 'In 'When Harry Met Sally' Harry (Billy Crystal) and Sally (Meg Ryan) first meet as students, when they share a disagreeable drive from Chicago to New York. Over the course of the next ten years they keep bumping into each other at various intervals, which generally seem to coincide with one of them having an emotional trauma. Will their platonic relationship turn into something more? Rob Reiner's hugely successful romantic comedy features Meg Ryan infamously faking an orgasm in a Manhattan deli. In 'Martha, Meet Frank, Daniel and Laurence' music executive Daniel (Tom Hollander), actor Frank (Rufus Sewell) and painter Laurence (Joseph Fiennes) have been friends since childhood. Their relationship comes under strain, however, when all three find themselves pursuing the same woman - American Martha (Monica Potter), who has just arrived in England with a one-way ticket. Each man encounters Martha separately, but when she meets them en masse, which will she choose, if any? Whilst in 'Jack and Sarah', Jack (Richard E. Grant) is a man with a highly demanding job and a wife who is about to give birth. After a tragedy makes him a single parent his life is completely upended. He decides to employ Amy (Samantha Mathis), an inexperienced young waitress, as nanny to Sarah, the new baby. Although she is brought in to help out in his life, Amy manages to complicate it further. Judi Dench and Ian McKellen co-star.
