Mob hitman Tommy Spinelli (Joe Pesci) is on his way back to the West Coast with a bag containing eight dismembered heads - proof of a job well done. Then matters go awry when Tommy's hand luggage gets mixed up at the airport with that of medical student Charlie (Andy Comeau), who is on his way to visit his prospective in-laws with some presents. Hilarious misunderstandings of a somewhat morbid nature ensue.
