Superfast cabby Daniel returns to wreak more mayhem in this sequel to the popular action-comedy. This time he finds himself working as the personal chauffeur to a visiting Japanese minister, and then, when the minister is kidnapped, going up against the Japanese mafia in an attempt to get him back.
