Patricio Valladares co-writes and directs this action horror. On a ride with his girlfriend Stephanie (Natalie Burn), in preparation for a race in Chile, mountain biker Joe (Bryce Draper) stumbles across an injured car crash victim unconscious at the wheel of his car. After getting the man to safety, the couple discover he's stricken with a mysterious disease that Joe worries is contagious.
