Romantic comedy starring Ken Leung and Hayden Panettiere. Liam Liu (Leung) is a struggling Chinese-American actor who is feeling rather conflicted about his deep, yet platonic, friendship with high school girl Adelaide (Panettiere). When Liu inherits his grandmother's ancestral home in China, he sees it as the perfect opportunity to leave the superficial world of Hollywood behind. Travelling to Shanghai for the first time, Liu is unprepared for the massive culture shock that awaits him. In no time at all, he's looking to sell up and move back to Los Angeles.
