Kool (Silkk the Shocker) finds that the most effective way to combat the stress and danger of ghetto life is through the discipline of martial arts. He is guided by his mentor, Master Koyangi, and aided by his loving girlfriend Lashawana. However, when Lashawana is wrongly accused of murdering a police officer, Kool finds his world crumbling, and violence and gang warfare erupts. The film stars many real life hip hop stars, such as Snoop Doggy Dogg and Master P (who also directs).
