I do not know if the waterproofing is still working or not. Sold as is. Tested & Working! Shows minor signs of wear, marks, scratches, nicks, etc. The switch is really easy to move left and right with your thumb, but the wrist strap has a little piece that fits into the hole by the switch to lock in on or off.
