can trace the item on the
United States Postal Service website
and with the customs department in your country. Items

held up by customs and can take extra time, possibly a few extra

contact your customs department before filing a claim of an item not

We are a respected seller and ALWAYS ship items. Once
again, you can trace your item in the
USPS system on their
website until it leaves the US. However, once in the hands of the
international mail carrier, there is nothing we can do to
further track a package.

is not fair for us to receive blame for items that we shipped that
were never received and
have to refund monies for an item we
clearly no longer have and have proven
it was received by the US
