The motor Id. tag is loose and taped to it.

New no box this motor it is a new off the shelf motor that is from a company that sold equipment that kept new replacement motors in stock for the equipment that they sold.

The company that this motor sometimes sold equipment to the Amish that didn't want the electric motors, so they removed them.
