There is a 1/4" vertical tear along the front lower spine edge -- plus multiple creases across both front & rear covers, with wear & chipping to edges & corners, plus scratches, folds, indentations, rub-wear, yellowing, soiling etc -- inked name/address/phone number at front left inside cover with "flashing" -- penciled price at front right inside cover -- "flashing" at rear right inside cover -- spine leans slightly to right, with NO top to bottom spine creases but 3 side-to-side creases -- overall condition Good Minus
